Through distorted expressions and abstracted depictions, KAZUSA MATSUYAMA has developed the Anonymous Portraits series, exploring the essential beauty hidden beneath surface emotions.
Each work contains emotions and memories that resonate with the viewer, inviting multiple interpretations and acts of imagination.
In addition to solo and group exhibitions in Japan, Matsuyama has expanded activity to exhibitions and art fairs in the United States, Korea, and Taiwan, steadily gaining international recognition.

In recent years, Matsuyama has participated in public art projects in front of Shibuya Station and in Tokyo's bayside area, held a solo exhibition at BARNEYS NEW YORK Roppongi, and provided artwork for Rolls-Royce events. The artist has also undertaken numerous collaborations with luxury brands, continuing to captivate audiences while expanding the possibilities of painting.
